Placed a togo order, specified that pickup wouldn't be until later in the day and got exactly everything I asked for and expected. The food was for a small wedding reception and was very well received by everybody: the 50-wing order was gobbled up and the 24-piece buffalo shrimp was a hit with everyone, but the fried pickles must have a 5-minute shelf life because by the time I opened them up, they had cooled off and were the opposite of crispy. I mean, I still ate a few, but they were passed over by about everybody. I probably could've omitted the pickles and still had enough for everyone. Live and learn. The staff took my food order flawlessly, as made evident at pickup, and were friendly when I arrived. I can't comment on a dine-in experience, but this was the smallest Hooters I have ever seen. There is an outdoor patio though. Parking is big enough for maybe a dozen cars.

I'm as surprised I ate at Hooters as you are. But as they say, "when in Gulf Shores, Alabama..." There's not much in the way of eating and drinking around these parts, so Hooters it is. Fun fact: it's the smallest Hooters in the world. I guess they have that going for them. If you've been to one Hooters you've been to them all. Everything on the menu comes from the same warehouse plant in Clearwhater, Florida no matter the distance. Cooks rip the bag open, drop in a deep frier, and viola - the Hooters experience. The only difference is the service. Being the deep south, they ladies were sweet as sugar and did their best to manage a volume of restaurant goers they're probably not accustomed to seeing. Given this task, I gotta give them a passing grade. In the unfortunate event you find yourself hungry around here, I'm guessing you could do worse.

I am surprised at the negative reviews for this particular Hooters. Every year, my family and I go on vacation in Gulf Shores and every year, I find myself here on one day during the trip. It's a standard Hooters, the food is good and the beer is cold but I have always found the service to be really good. The girls always chat me up and make nice conversation during the meal. I like it here!

1st time here.. I order 10 hot all drums naked like I usually do and they were fantastic.. These ladies has great customer service. Highly recommend this place and most were well equip to work here!

My husband and I are both former employees of Hooters. This experience was a dissapointment. Food was great, our waitress was not.

Called to order wings to go and waitress was very rude. We had never placed a to go order there and were curious about our available options for a 50 count order of wings. We asked if we could order order some naked and some breaded, some grilled and some fried, then we asked if we could split up the flavors and the waitress annoyed by this said "oh my goodness, hold on". At this point I just hung up. Customer service doesn't seem a priority here, probably because they are located on the beach and don't have to work for customers. The majority of there service will be for people on vacation. I am sure I annoying with my questions, but by no way deserve to be talked to in that manner. If you decide to go there I hope you get better service than I recieved.

Was the dirtiest place ever. Cooks outside on a deck area in back smoking the whole time we were there. Trash dumped out next to the entry stairs. Terrible service. We spilled a beverage leaving standing water on the floor. They never offered to help, mop, wipe......nothing. Asked for plates several times. Never came. Had to eat wings on napkins. I was embarrassed for the Hooters name. Terrible.

First time at Hooters and the fried pickles and the wings were pretty good. Plus the two out of three Long Islands that I put away were good too. Wasn't enough time for me to put away the third one.

Waited forever to get served on, couldn't get a frozen drink for my wife because the blender was broke (lame excuse, what kind of hooters only has one blender) it didn't drop below 81 degrees in the place and there answer was "it's poorly insulated". The waitress was very nice but the rest sucked def don't waste your time or cash

Worst service ever. Server didnt know how to bring more than 1 dish out at a time... We waited 20 minutes from when the first person got a plate to the last and then they forget part of the last order. Nothing was done to fix the situatuon.

Three nights in a row I've ordered the same simple Buff salad. Even when I've asked how things are going to be prepared, you cannot provide it as stated on the menu or be consistent in your mistakes and treat your "guests" like a-holes when they ask if it will be prepared like the menu. I live on your block and will forever take my five-night-a-week business to Gulf Island Grill.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Great view & service. We stuck with the normal wings & burger and we're pleased. Parking was horrible & you want to sit outside to enjoy the view. .. because the inside smelled bad.

We went to this Hooters on vacation because it was within walking distance from our condo. We both ordered the boneless wings. The food was better than the Hooters at home so no complaints about that at all. The restaurant is so incredibly small, but since it was off season, it wasn't crowded. The lady who waited on us was polite and helpful, but a few of the other ladies were very entitled and made it known that they thought they were too good to clean up after customers. Overall, it was a good experience for it to be Hooters. My male significant other gives it a 4 out of 5 for what it's worth.

Not impressed with the food or my waitress. Some of the other waitresses seemed like they knew what they were doing but not mine...and she wasn't even wearing the standard uniform. We were given old guacamole...completely brown....no green to be found. Not impressed with my burger and my husband didn't like the quesadillas but i think he was grossed out by the guac.

Just stopped here for a quick lunch break from the beach. The oysters were nothing to write home about, my crab legs didn't have much meet in them... .typical Hooters food, all over the nation. But at least we were looking at the beach, right?

Went back on vacation for some wings. What the h.e. double hockey sticks were we thinking. This location just sucks. If it wasn't for the manager at the location, I wish I knew her name, that came by to check on us it would be a fat "0" for stars.

Fast and accurate service, the usual as always and the food was Hooters spot on. Yes Hooters "should" be the same everywhere but it simply isn't, this one is a great example of why we come back even when we sometimes find a not so great one. I honestly can't find a single complaint about our visit and there were five of us. Parking isn't always the easiest at really busy times but they do as best they can to keep things rolling. Great visit!!! Now it's easy, they're closed

Been to a lot of different Hooters over the years and have to rate this one at the bottom. From "Mr. Personality" who took our name and number in our party to the food, it was not at all what I expect at Hooters. The only reason I give this place one star was our exceptional waitress, Alena.
